We are currently recruiting for contingent Contact Center Representatives in our call centers for an 18 month assignment.

Description:

Respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints via phone, letters, email, and/or chat in one of our three call centers (Tier 1, Toyota, and Scion) located in Torrance, CA. Promote products and services, fulfill customer requests and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Start Date: February 25, 2008
Call Center Hours:
Monday – Friday 5AM – 6PM
Saturday 7AM – 4PM

Qualifications:

Requires strong communication skills (both written and oral). Minimum 2 years of customer service experience. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes. Typing skills and data entry are a must. Attendance and punctuality are essential for this position. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Education:
High school diploma required. Other education preferred.
